Open since 1962, the now Cinema 1 2 & 3.  A 3rd screen was added in 1988 for a total of 937 seats.  In a twisted web of fate, the Cinema 1 2 & 3 hung on while the Baronet & Coronet Theater (just 1 door away) closed for good two days after 9/11 and the Crown Gotham Theater, a block away also closed.  In 2016 recliners were added, reducing its present-day capacity to 332.
